We are seeking a talented Service Engineer to join our team.

As a Customer Service Engineer (CSE), you will play a vital role in providing technical support for the development and implementation of Customer applications and our Company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide highly visible on-site customer support for the installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment, with a primary focus on multibrand UPLC/HPLC systems (primarily Waters).

Check and approve the operational quality of a variety of system equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Perform calibration and preventative maintenance of customer instruments and equipment in highly regulated GMP environments.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for customers regarding the operation and maintenance of the UPLC/HPLC systems.

Demonstrate additional expertise in other technologies (e.g., UV/Vis, MS) to enhance customer support and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of multibrand UPLC/HPLC systems, particularly Waters instruments.

Familiarity with additional technologies such as UV/Vis, MS, or related analytical instruments.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in highly regulated GMP environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
