An exciting new opportunity has arisen to be a part of the start-up Phase of a State-Of-The-Art Biotech Development Facility in Switzerland.
Are you passionate to start-up, improve and maintain several quality systems to ensure phase appropriateness for BDC scope?

Your role:
- Responsibility for several site Quality systems (e.g. training management)
- Drive the start-up and continuous improvement of site QMS for the defined Quality Systems
- Ensuring flexible back-up of the full range of key Quality Systems
- Support the preparation, coordination & execution of Health authority inspections as well as audits
- Participate in Quality projects as a Team member, as a team leader
- Participate in improvement projects as a team member, as a team leader
Who you are:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline; 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment
- Broad experience in working with other quality professionals to establish QMS system or experience to support the QMS improvement as operational SME
- Knowledge of Health Authority regulations
- Have a proactive approach to all aspects of Quality
- Good communicator, dealing directly and efficiently with project teams and routine interfaces (Merck personnel and contractor companies)
- Flexible team player, who is curious to learn, proactive in sharing and collaborating
- Thorough experience in the usage of IT systems (mandatory: CARA and TW; beneficial: GxP Manager, GLIMS, SAP Lean, etc.)
- Organized and logical in defining workload and delivering projects
- Ease to work in a changing environment, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French
