The Position

Herzlich Willkommen bei Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, im Herzen der Schweiz Unser Team, Lab- and Digital Solutions, unterstützt und begleitet Schweizer Kunden (kommerzielle Labors, Forschungseinrichtungen und Krankenhäuser) von der Beratung bis zur Planung, Umsetzung und Inbetriebnahme von diagnostischen Systemlösungen. Und wir suchen Dich als Ergänzung für unser Team


Als Digital Solutions Specialist (m/w) im Bereich Labordiagnostik arbeitest Du in einem erfahrenen, modern ausgestatteten Team und bist im Außendienst für die Planung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen sowie für die IT-Integration von Diagnosesystemen zuständig. Du arbeitest von zu Hause aus und hast die Möglichkeit, je nach Bedarf bei unseren Kunden vor Ort oder remote zu arbeiten. Je nach Projekt kannst Du deinen Arbeitstag flexibel gestalten und planen.


In dieser Position wirst Du für die folgenden Hauptaufgaben verantwortlich sein:

  • Software für patientennahe Diagnostik und Systeme und Netzwerke (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, etc.)

  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden IT Themen und Support

  • Schulungen für Verkauf & Service

  • Dokumentation, Administration, Vertragsgestaltung und CRM Pflege & Koordination

  • Lösungserarbeitung basierend auf Kundenanforderungen und Produktmöglichkeiten

  • Integrationsunterstützung für Gesamtlösungen unter Berücksichtigung aller Roche- und Kunden Komponenten

  • Das Analysieren und Beheben von gemeldeten Problemen gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben

  • Du organisierst und führst Schulungen bei den Kunden durch

Für diese Stelle bringst Du folgende Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse mit:

  • Höhere Bildung im Bereich Medizininformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Bereich

  • Du bist mit den Prozessen im Labor vertraut. Du hast im Idealfall bereits in einem Labor gearbeitet und bringst praktische Erfahrungen im Aufbau und Betrieb von klinischen IT-Plattformen mit (KIS, LIS, RIS)

  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Schnittstellen für medizinische Daten (HL7 V2, HL7 V3, CDA, FHIR, DICOM) und IHE-Profile

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Applikationsbetreuung. Im Idealfall im Gesundheitssektor

  • Sprachen: DE schriftlich und mündlich sehr gut, FR und EN gute Kenntnisse

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Eigenverantwortung

  • Du bist freundlich, hilfsbereit, kommunikativ, wissbegierig und proaktiv

  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit (Interaktion mit Verkauf, Service, IT Spezialisten, Kunde sowie globalen Organisationseinheiten)

  • Führerausweises (Kategorie B)
