Assistant to Global Sea Logistics Director and Project Manager

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Sea Logistics Director, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, processing and handling expenses, and handling other administrative duties as required.
- After the initial 6-month period, the support will be extended to other Sea Logistics Managers, maintaining a consistent and effective contribution to our Global Sea Logistics team.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings and circulate them in a timely manner.
- Project manage Kuehne+Nagel Roadmap 2026 milestones and progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and progress is tracked with monthly updates.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Project manage with discipline and attention to detail to keep a large, distributed team on track with milestones.
- Provide business analytics and reporting to management on a regular basis.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and Project Manager, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with senior level stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Projects
- Experience in improving existing processes and tools to ensure streamlined and efficient support to the team.
- Proficiency in English and German is required.
