Regulatory Transaction Reporting and Reconciliation Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are responsible for performing the daily regulatory transaction reporting and reconciliation under Swiss and European market regulations and provide analysis on reconciliation breaks with counterparties. You clarify open points with various teams within the Bank and with external stakeholders. Your responsibilities
- Perform the daily counterparty reconciliation tasks under EMIR-Refit
- Perform the daily regulatory transaction reporting under Swiss and European market regulations
- Analyse and investigate errors and reconciliation breaks
- Assist change projects and initiatives by keeping track of recurring issues and testing new releases
- Ensure efficient processesYour profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a banking environment
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of Regulatory transaction reporting
- Basic knowledge in the area of financial instruments is required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weight problems and set priorities
- Ability to work with various stakeholder
- Fluency in English
