Dann übernehmen Sie bei uns Verantwortung als Consultant oder Senior Consultant Gemeinsam mit Ihnen gestalten wir Ihre Karriere bei Drees und Sommer in Zürich.Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Kundenprojekten im Real Estate & Facility Management in unterschiedlichen Branchen im privaten und öffentlichen Sektor
  • Durchführen des Anforderungsmanagements sowie Prüfung von Bauprojekten (FM-Reviews)
  • Beraten in technischen, wirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Belangen für die Nutzungs- und Betriebsphase von Immobilien
  • Erarbeiten von Organisations- sowie Betriebs- und Betreiberkonzepten für unterschiedlichste Objektarten wie z.B. Hochhäuser, Museen und Schulen
  • Erstellen von Kostenprognosen über den Gebäudelebenszyklus
  • Definition zu Datenmanagement-Anforderungen für eine zukunftsorientierte Betriebsführung (BIM to FM)
  • Verantwortung des Projektcontrollings sowie Unterstützung bei der Akquisition und Angebotserstellung
  • Fachliche sowie disziplinarische Leitung und Koordination von ProjektteamsIhr Profil
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Facility Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
    • Unternehmerisches Denken und erwiesene Beratungskompetenz, Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung von Projektteams
    • Analytisches Denken für die Erarbeitung von Konzepten, Berichten und Analysen
    • Bereitschaft zu projektabhängigen Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz
    • Gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse sind von VorteilWir bieten
