Ops Engineer mit Begeisterung und Tatendrang

idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Applikationsmanagement und technischen Support, der/die selbstständig und kundenorientiert im Team Operations (wahlweise am Standort Schwerzenbach oder Aarau) hohe Ziele erreichen will.

 Deine Aufgaben:

Als Ops Engineer in unserem Team bist du verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Bereitstellung neuer Komponenten, Services und Dienste. Du unterstützt und berätst das Kundenteam bei On-Premise-Bereitstellungen und koordinierst die Cloud-Infrastruktur, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Einrichtung von Servern und Testumgebungen. Darüber hinaus fungierst du als Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Mitarbeiter, indem du technische Fragen beantwortest und sie beim Betrieb von CMI-Lösungen und der CMI Cloud unterstützt. Unter Berücksichtigung deiner Stärken und deiner Interessen übernimmst du weitere Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten in unserer agilen Rollenwelt.

Du:

  • verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (HF/FH) oder einen vergleichbaren Leistungsausweis,
  • hast bereits Praxiserfahrung in der IT Administration oder dem Applikationsmanagement,
  • verfügst vorzugsweise über Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb von Softwarelösungen (beraten, unterstützen, testen sowie Rollout von Releases und analysieren von Störungen),
  • besitzt sehr gute IT-Infrastruktur- und Netzwerk-Kenntnisse,
  • hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch verstehen,
  • getraust dich mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten und strukturiertem Vorgehen an komplexe Problemstellungen heranzutasten und mit deiner Geduld eine Lösung für den Kunden finden,
  • hast Freude daran, Herausforderungen zu meistern und Verantwortung zu übernehmen,
  • bist lösungsorientiert und verfügst über eine Can-Do-Mentalität,
  • und passt schlicht und einfach in unser Team – alles andere ist zweitrangig.
