To join our Life Sciences team in Vaud, we are looking for a consultant capable to provide Automation support to CQV Process team during execution of commissioning activities for process equipment (Upstream, Downstream & Support).

 

This profile must troubleshoot automation relevant issues and propose corrective action.

Moreover, the major responsibility of a profile will be implementation of end to end automation modification changes in Emerson DeltaV (v14.3) DCS following established change management process. Lastly, profile must be capable to execute migration of automation system projects from PLC/SCADA system to DeltaV.

 

 

The Task Description:

• Support process CQV team in execution of integrated test protocol for process equipment

(Commisioning);

• Troubleshot an issue in DeltaV system, find a root case and propose / implement a fix;

• Implement automation changes by issuing automation modification report;

• Retest and document automation changes;

• Translate PLC/SCADA configuration to DeltaV which respect to project DeltaV configuration

standards;

Votre profilThis is some text inside of a div block.

The Profil :

• Graduate engineering degree in industrial automation, robotics, or equivalent;

• Several years (ideally 5+) of experience with Emerson DeltaV system in Life Science is a must;

• Very good understanding of Biotech processes and equipment of Upstream, Downstream, Media/Buffer and CIP areas in a must;

• Biotech/pharma industry experience in a GMP environment is a must;

• Several years (ideally 3+) of experience with PLC/SCADA system would be an asset;

• Business-fluent English, French would be an asset.
