In dieser interessanten Position als IT Supplier Manager arbeiten Sie in einer Bank mit rund 450 Mitarbeitenden. Die Bank ist seit über 100 Jahren in der Schweiz tätig. 

  • Einsatz: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
  • Art der Beschäftigung: Festanstellung
  • Arbeitsort: Basel + Homeoffice (2 Tage) 

    Dein Profil:

    • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik mit oder verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Supplier Management.
    • Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IT Supplier Risikoeinschätzungen aus.
    • Sie haben neben buchhalterischem Flair idealerweise auch bereits Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Financial Data Providern (Marktdaten).
    • Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit durchsetzungsstarker sowie selbständiger Arbeitsweise und handeln stets verantwortungsvoll und exakt.
    • Ihre guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit guten Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch und Englisch, in Französisch von Vorteil, runden ihr Profil ab 

      Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

      • Sie erarbeiten und optimieren Supplier-Richtlinien und Prozesse in Abstimmung mit der Governance der Bank und der Gruppe
      • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Durchsetzung der Richtlinien und der Prozesse im Supplier-Bereich  
      • Bei der Bewertung der Sourcing-Risiken und der Supplier unterstützen Sie die Service Owner
      • Sie überprüfen die Nutzung von Provider-Dienstleistungen und setzten Optimierungen (z.B. Marktdaten) um
      • Sie stellen die Vertragsadministration in Absprache mit den Service Ownern sicher
      • Sie haben die Verantwortung für die Budget- bzw. Kreditorenführung einer oder mehrerer Kostenstellen
      • Sie erstellen Analysen und Reportings zur Optimierung von Kosten
      • Sie unterstützen und arbeiten aktiv im TOS Office mit
