Local Team Leader Quality Tool Manufacture
(m/w/d)

 

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Führung vom Qualitätsmanagement im Werkzeugbau der RONAL GROUP
  • Operative Führung der Qualitätssicherung im Werkzeugbau in der Schweiz
    • Messen und Prüfen von Komponenten und Bauteilen sowie die Ursachenforschung und Lösungsfindung bei Fehlern in Design, Prozess oder Verfahren
    • Erstellen, Verwalten und Sichern von Mess- und Prüfprotokollen und Dokumentationen
  •  Entwicklung, Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Audits, Überprüfungen, Zertifizierungen und Schulungen im Qualitätsmanagementsystem
  • Unterstützung der Prozessverantwortlichen bei der Definition und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Standards, Tools und Projekten
  • Unterstützung und Anlaufstelle bei "administrativen Kundenanliegen" wie Analysen und Massnahmen bei Beanstandungen, Gewährleistung eines sauberen Informationsflusses und Rückmeldungen zu Anfragen oder Anliegen
  • Bewertung und Überwachung der Leistung des Managementsystems durch Definition und Verfolgung von Qualitätskennzahlen und Durchführung von Management-Bewertungen
DEIN PROFIL
  • Mechanische Grundausbildung mit technischem Studium erforderlich
  • Einige Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung 
  • Erfahrung mit Zertifizierungen als Qualitätsmanager und Auditor nach VDA 6.3 / IATF 16949
  • Technisch versiert mit ausgeprägtem Interesse an nachhaltigen Prozessen
  • Erfahrung in verschiedenen Problemlösungsmethoden 
  • Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Qualitäts- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen in einem produzierenden Unternehmen vorzugsweise im Maschinen-, Formen- und Werkzeugbau
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20%
