Vos activités chez votre futur employeur

  • Vous utilisez des stratégies de recherche innovantes, des réseaux professionnels et des approches ciblées pour identifier activement les talents potentiels.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de l'embauche pour comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques et développer des profils de candidats idéaux.
  • Vous gérez de manière exhaustive le processus de sélection, de la présélection des CV à l'entretien final, en veillant à une expérience positive pour les candidats.
  • Vous établissez et entretenez des relations solides avec les candidats, les gestionnaires et les partenaires externes pour garantir un flux continu de talents qualifiés.
  • Vous surveillez les tendances du marché de l'emploi pour adapter les stratégies de recrutement et maintenir la compétitivité de l'entreprise.
  • Vous participez à différents projets RH.

Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en psychologie industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Vous êtes doté.e d'une expérience confirmée en recrutement, de préférence dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en établissement de relations.
