Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:



  • Die Entwicklung und Implementierung optimaler Lösungen für die Nutzergruppen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Partner
  • Die Erstellung und Koordination von Anträgen und Anliegen der Nutzer bezüglich Flächen, Infrastruktur, Nutzungsänderungen und kleineren baulichen Massnahmen
  • Die Beauftragung und Koordination von Dienstleistern, Betreibern, Facility Services oder Provider-Managern bei der Durchführung von Services
  • Die Initialisierung von Projekten und die Erstellung der Projektcharter
  • Die Erstellung des User Requirements (Nutzeranforderungen) und detaillierter User Requirements Spezifikationen (Lastenhefte)
  • Die Unterstützung bei der operativen Flächenplanung in Abstimmung mit dem operativen Flächenmanager
  • Die Mitarbeit bei der Umzugskoordination, insbesondere bei mehreren grösseren, etappierten Umzügen
  • Die Erstellung von Business Cases, die Evaluation von Lösungsmöglichkeiten, die Klärung der Finanzierung sowie die Sicherstellung der Kommunikation mit den Nutzern und Organisationen
  • Die Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Nutzerbedürfnisse
  • Mitarbeit bei den Infrastrukturerweiterungen
  • Verantwortlich für die Initialisierung der Projekte und die Erstellung der Projektcharter


Must Haves:



  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Real Estate & Facility Management oder ähnliches (Lehrabschluss, Bachelor)
  • Min. 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Real Estate & Facility Management
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und erfolgreiche Leitung von Bauprojekten
  • Nachgewiesene Kompetenz, Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und im Rahmen von Projekten umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Kundenverständnis und hohe Kundenorientierung
