Missions principales :
Agir en tant que Product Owner sur le périmètre de la solution :
Vision de la solution :
- Organiser et animer la collaboration avec les analystes métiers pour garantir la cohérence globale de la solution ;
- Gérer, en partenariat avec les analystes métiers, le cycle de vie des exigences stratégiques, métiers et applicatives, tout en veillant à leur alignement sur l'ensemble de la solution ;
- Accompagner les utilisateurs, en collaboration avec les analystes métiers, dans la définition des nouveaux processus de travail ;
- Proposer, avec l'architecte et les analystes métiers, une vision fonctionnelle de la solution et de ses transitions, en adéquation avec les nouveaux processus de travail.
Communication, gestion des dépendances et des risques :
- Modéliser différentes représentations de la vision de la solution, adaptées aux besoins de communication des parties prenantes et de la gouvernance ;
- Identifier, en collaboration avec l'architecte et les analystes métiers, les dépendances entre les différents produits eDossier ;
- Soutenir le chef de projet dans la gestion des risques associés à la solution fonctionnelle et à la livraison des différentes briques fonctionnelles.
Gestion des backlogs multiples :
- Raffiner le backlog de la solution à un niveau global ;
- Coordonner et gérer les priorités entre les différents backlogs produits en collaboration avec les analystes métiers.
Agir en tant qu'analyste métier sur le périmètre d'un produit (si nécessaire) :
- Analyser les processus et les pratiques liés au produit ;
- Recueillir les besoins et formaliser les exigences fonctionnelles ;
- Raffiner un backlog produit ;
- Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques ;
- Réaliser des maquettes d'écrans ;
- Modéliser des vues fonctionnelles en lien avec la couche métier ;
- Définir et dérouler des scénarios de tests et accompagner les phases de recette.
Formation requise :
- Diplôme dâétudes supérieures (Master) en systèmes dâinformation ; la certification CBAP et PSPO serait un atout.
Compétences obligatoires :
- Expérience dâau moins 5 ans en tant que Product Owner ;
- Maîtrise des pratiques liées au rôle de Product Owner pour une solution complète, ainsi que des pratiques dâanalyse métier décrites dans la mission ;
- Compétence en animation et facilitation dâateliers et dâinterviews ;
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse ; expérience avérée dans la rédaction de divers documents, tels que la description de lâexistant, la vision de solutions fonctionnelles, des spécifications, des manuels utilisateurs, et des documents techniques de référence ;
- Expérience confirmée dans lâinteraction avec des responsables stratégiques et des utilisateurs ;
- Aisance à lâoral et capacité à animer des présentations et des formations ;
- Maîtrise parfaite de la langue française, tant à lâécrit quâà lâoral ;
- Connaissance des langages de modélisation UML et BPMN ;
- Expérience dans des projets de développement de solutions.
