As a Senior Lead for Digital Campaigns, you will drive high-complexity digital marketing initiatives within the Global Digital team. Within this role you will utilize your strategic mindset to craft and execute digital campaigns across diverse touchpoints. You will be entrusted with driving brand growth, commercial revenue, and customer retention. Joining a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture, you will leverage your digital acumen to translate insights into impactful initiatives that elevate performance to new heights.

Your mission

– Take ownership for complex and high-impact brand and product campaigns across the digital marketing landscape
– Ensure strategic clarity, well-defined objectives and KPIs, orchestrating end-to-end successful customer journeys
– Define the scope of digital campaigns in collaboration with production and media teams, ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints
– Collaborate extensively, providing direction and support to a wider network of stakeholders including: acquisition, merchandising and planning, CRM, digital product, customer service and operations
– Drive the delivery of top-tier creative executions for both paid and owned digital channels, collaborating closely with the creative team and sharing best practices
– Share insights and learnings demonstrating reliability and driving innovation, while maintaining the necessary structure and stability for the organization’s success
– Consistently follow through on commitments, showing a strong sense of ownership and accountability while encouraging the same from others

Your story

– You have 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience at senior level managing high impact digital campaigns
– You are able to effectively engage with leadership and senior stakeholders, managing interactions successfully both upstream and downstream
– You have previously owned a production and/or media budget
– You have a proven track record in increasing brand connected KPIs as well as commercial results
– You have exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams
– You are capable of aligning differing perspectives and facilitate a positive working atmosphere
– You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment handling multiple projects
– You have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and can grasp future developments
– You possess a keen eye for detail while also maintaining a broad and strategic perspective
– You are self motivated and driven to embrace new challenges and committed to continuous learning
