EMEA FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an EMEA FP&A Analyst  to join our BRP team in Lausanne.

 

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

 

·       Support the Marketing department by tracking and analysing investments related to content production and marketing campaigns

·       Lead the overhead analysis of the region, comparing results against financial plans. Identify and analyse variances and provide business explanations.

·       Support the FP&A Manager and Senior Analyst with overall business support activities

·       Contribute actively to the closing process and annual financial planning cycle (Forecasts and Budget)

·       Execute and review financial controls on revenues and discounts.

·       Develop Data-Driven Financial Modeling: Build financial models by synthesizing large datasets and produce concise reports & analyses to support management decision-making.

·       Utilize modern data visualization tools to communicate complex financial and operational data into intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports.

·       Identify and lead process improvement initiatives trough process redesign, automation (scripting) optimizing the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.

 

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

 

·       Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and FP&A practices

·       2 to 4 years of work experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting

·       Curious, self-starter, creative thinking, work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·       Strong analytical skills with a keen interest for data transformation and insights generation

·       Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must

·       Demonstrated ability to prepare structured and impactful presentations using PowerPoint

·       Experience with a SAP ERP is a plus

·       Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau is a plus

·       Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is a plus

·       Completed studies in analytical fields (Accounting, Finance, Engineering)
