The previous job holder and current Head of Electrical Engineering is looking for his successor as Software Engineer (m/f/d) .

Your tasks

• Development of software architecture for new control platforms in collaboration with robotics team
• Software design in compliance with safety requirements according to EN-ISO 13849 / EN-ISO 26262
• Software development for sweeping and driving functions, power management and control panels
• Definition of software verification and support of validation
• Software maintenance, product maintenance
• Participation in the evaluation of control platforms
• Taking over sub-projects and coordinating with the project management
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and support from adjacent departments such as assembly, customer service or technical documentation

Your expertise

• Basic electrical engineering training
• Electrical engineering FH or comparable course of study
• Experience in software development as well as in measurement and control technology
• Programming in C, C++ and good German and English language skills
• Knowledge of Git, Linux and the standards EN-ISO 13849 or EN-ISO 26262 is an advantage
• You are an ambitious team player and want to further expand our leadership claim for compact sweepers
