Our company client is a family private bank located in the Italian speaking Canton of Ticino, part of Switzerland. They are committed to providing diversified financial services in asset management, private banking, trade finance and fixed income execution. Their focus is on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and professional / qualified investors.

Job Description


As a Relationship Manager, you will be directly responsible for the development and management of client relationships in the North LATAM markets, specifically targeting Mexico, Panama, and Costa Rica. Your role will focus on consultative selling of asset management services to HNWI and professional qualified / counterparts, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored financial solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential HNWI and professional / qualified counterparts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Understand and assess clients' financial needs, investment objectives, and tolerance for risk, and provide consultative financial advice accordingly.


Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and deepen existing client relationships in the designated markets.


Collaborate with internal teams to align client investment strategies with their financial goals.


Stay informed of market trends and regulatory changes that can impact clients, offering timely and relevant financial solutions.


Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    Job Profile


    Mid-level Relationship Manager with 2-5 years of experience in banking and asset management.
    Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting sales targets.
    In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.


    Languages Required:


    English (Fluent)
    Spanish (Fluent)

    Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse financial data and provide insights.
    Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to effectively solve clients' issues and provide strategic solutions.
    Adaptability: Comfortable dealing with changes in market conditions and client needs.
    Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in Mexico, Panama, and Costa Rica.


    Additional Requirements:
    Willingness and ability to relocate and work from Ticino, Switzerland, for at least one year.
