You will play a key role in implementing new systems and procedures, enhancing the financial reporting processes, data analysis, and decision-making.

Our client is a financial institution.
Description
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives and lead the change management within the team;
- Examine complex transactions and be in charge of payment proposals and regulatory filings;
- Oversee and reconcile accounts, focusing on risk management, compliance, and fraud prevention;
- Review and improve financial data processes to increase efficiency;
- Oversee the work done by more junior members and provide the appropriate training.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a Finance department in an international environment;
- Strong change management and leadership skills;
- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
- Ability to optimize work processes with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
