The HR Operations team currently consists of 4 team members and takes care of the various concerns of all employees along the HR lifecycle at all our national and international offices.To strengthen our team and continue to provide high quality and quantity services, we are looking for your supportJob Responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth handling of administrative processes within the entire HR life cycle (excluding recruiting)Ensuring data maintenance and system management using HR ERP systemsEnsuring inquiry management for employees on all administrative topicsEnsuring compliance with legal and labor law requirements as well as internal guidelines, regulations and directivesSupporting and deputizing for team membersActive participation in the continuous optimization of HR services and processesJob RequirementsBasic commercial education and further education in personnel management or comparable educationSeveral years of experience in a comparable HR functionIn-depth system knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc and very good MS Office skillsIn-depth understanding of digital workflows and their dependenciesCuriosity and high IT affinity paired with the willingness to recognize and implement optimization potentialHigh willingness to provide service and enjoy working in a teamReliability, a strong focus on detail and adherence to deadlines German language skills at native speaker levelVery good written and spoken English skillsLocation: Zizers or Davos
