In the Global Service Operations department, as part of the overall service strategy, we strive to be the preferred service provider for all our customers. You are part of the responsible finance team for the global Customer Service Operations, defining global Service operations standards and ensure a high performance global Customer Service business. Do you have strong operations controlling background with good stakeholder and change management experience?
