Cabinet de gynécologie à l'Ouest de Lausanne, situé tout près de la gare, du tramway, du bus, parking COOP et MIGROS à proximitéAssistante médicale

Poste à 30% le Jeudi et Vendredi, poste libre dès 1.06.2024 ou à convenir, après 19 ans d'une bonne collaboration.

Cahier des charges:

?Accueil des patientes
Réception téléphonique
Soins aux patientes (prise de sang, prise de tension, vaccins, tests urinaires, pose de CTG)
Planification des rendez-vous
Lettres aux assurances, courrier divers
Suivi des commandes
Gestion administrative (classement, scannage etcâ¦)

?Nous recherchons un-e assistant-e médicale CFC (ou secrétaire avec formation prise de sang expérimentée) empathique, impliquée, autonome, fiable, à lâécoute et efficace dans la gestion téléphonique, avec une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe.

Une excellente maitrise des outils informatiques est indispensable dans cette fonction.

Salaire selon barème ARAM vaudois. Vacances 6 semaines payées par année.
