Your teamWe’re the team responsible for everything finance related; we plan, organise, audit, account, and control all finances - and you will too. Our sub teams, accounting, billing, and controlling, might be small, but we have a large impact on Frontify - we handle the money after all. We are a smart and driven bunch, and we come together in a collaborative manner to always ensure Frontify is ready for its next steps.
Your missionIn this role, you’ll focus on all billing related aspects of the customer journey at Frontify. You’ll draft customer invoices, oversee customer renewals and expansions, and support in closing the financial books. You’ll also work very closely with our commercial and operations teams on a multitude of projects, from pricing strategies, data validations to process optimizations and business systems setups.

Your responsibilities
    • Together with the team, you’ll own the invoicing and dunning process from start to finish, and ensure that customer information is consistent across the board. 
    • You’ll be in direct contact with customers, and help them resolve questions around purchase orders, supplier portals and payment methods. 
    • You’ll work closely with our sales and customer success teams in helping them with questions around pricing, quoting and customer financials. 
    • You’ll support with data validation processes, quality control checks, and quarter ending procedures. 
    • You’ll work on several projects focused on scaling our team process landscape and fostering cross-department efficiencies.
Your story
    • You feel comfortable and excited to come to our St Gallen office 1-2 times per week.
    • You have 1+ year of experience working in a finance or accounting role, ideally in the SaaS industry. 
    • You have good knowledge of key accounting concepts and business methodologies.
    • You’re highly motivated with a willingness to learn new business systems and processes. Previous knowledge of billing-related tools like Zuora is a plus.
    • You know your way around Excel, and have strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • You are detail-oriented with an ability to deliver accurately and with tight deadlines. 
    • You enjoy building relationships and working cross-functionally.
    • You speak English fluently, German is a plus.
