Key Account Manager (f/m/d)Missions

Développe l'activité du second oeuvre à GenèveRéférencie Gétaz-Miauton auprès des décideurs (promoteurs, investisseurs, architectes,)Développe la stratégie commerciale en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable de la régionDéveloppe notre réseau et notre influence sur le marché genevoisEst un facilitateur et interlocuteur privilégier pour les maîtres d'ouvrageOrganise et participe activement aux événementsEffectue les visites clients selon les exigences et standards du GroupeAnalyse la situation et les besoins du marché et propose des plans d'actions adaptésCollabore étroitement avec les représentants et les expositionsVotre ProfilDisposer d'un solide réseau dans le domaine de la promotion immobilière (institutionnelle et privée) dans le canton de GenèveÊtre un moteur du changement animé d'un fort esprit entrepreneurialAvoir du leadership, de l'impact et de l'influenceAvoir une grande capacité de communication et de négociationBénéficier d'une expérience réussie dans une activité commerciale similaire (minimum 8 ans)Posséder une formation technique ou commerciale dans le domaine de la constructionConnaissances des langues allemand et anglais un atoutÊtre un moteur du changement animé d'un fort esprit entrepreneurialMaîtriser les outils informatiques courants (ERP/Navision un plus)Nous offronsUn défi au sein d'une entreprise en pleine évolutionDes possibilités de développement au travers de formations internes et externesUn environnement de travail dynamique basé sur l'échange et la confianceDes perspectives d'évolution liée au développement des compétencesDes prestations sociales attrayantes
