About Our Client

My client is a leading Blockchain Project (Top 100 on Coinmarketcap), that employs a world class team. We are looking to hire a Chief Product Officer (m/f/d). The successful candidate must be based in Europe.

Job Description

You will lead the way and inspire the team to develop outstanding technical products that can gain wider adoptionYou will own the product roadmap from beginning to end, and ensure its timely delivery according to a smart, ambitious and yet deliverable roadmapYou will explore currently available technical products, seek to improve the current product offerings and develop new products in close collaboration with different teams ranging from the engineering team to the business development teamYou will be the main focal point of contact between the technical teams and the business development and marketing teams, being an important bridge between the twoYou will further seek collaboration between different ecosystem partners, whose feedback should be gained and incorporated in the product roadmap to ensure the products gain traction

The Successful Applicant

You bring years of experience as a senior product manager and head of productIdeally, you bring a track record of developing products in Web3 that gained wider adoption and popularityAlternatively, you bring a track record from building widely adopted products in the Web2 world, and have gained some experience in the Web3 worldYou bring deep understanding of the Web3 world, including Blockchain / distributed systems, understanding of different ecosystems, layer1s, layer2s, cryptographyExcellent leadership skills, gained from previous managerial experienceYou are a positive personality, easy to work with, yet you strive for excellence and are driven by your passion to build worldclass productsYou combine the structured approach of working in Web2, with the creativity and experimentality of Web3Proficient EnglishBased in Europe
