Position Summary
As a Visual Content & Communication Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design the most suitable and impactful visuals to represent Operations and its key messages. Additionally, you will be expected to lead the creative needs for Operations.

A Day in the Life of a Visual Content & Communication Specialist
- Develop creative content for multi-channel communications, such as digital platforms, videos (inspirational, educational and interview), presentations, newsletters and print materials
- Create and develop graphic concepts and design a visual identity related to Operations topics
- Maintain and update the functional Operations intranet sites and WorkPlace solutions, which promote Operations’ global strategy and keep Operations personnel informed and connected
- Provide communication support to Operations managers and senior leaders on specific Operations-related communications
- Support the audio-visual team in video creation, webcast and event organization
- Provide support and contribute to the organization of events, programs and trainings
What will make you successful
- Experience in editing videos and creating short inspirational and educational films
- Experience in producing graphic materials such as presentations, brochures, leaflets, posters, digital newsletters and social media content
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external stakeholders and senior management
- Proactive and flexible mindset with strong attention to detail, while also fostering a collaborative team spirit
- Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere (and/or Final Cut), After Effects and Acrobat
- Proficiency in English both written and oral
