Hauptaufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung der aktiven Versicherten und der Rentenbezüger
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle und administrative Führung des Versichertenbestandes (Aktive und Rentner) 
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung von Leistungsfällen bei Invalidität, Alter und Tod
  • Sicherstellen des Datentransfers zwischen der Pensionskasse und den Firmen
  • Jahresabschluss der Versichertenkonti
  • Prozessverantwortung innerhalb des internen Kontrollsystems für die zugewiesenen Geschäftsfälle (einschliesslich Verantwortung für die Aktualisierung der zugehörigen Merkblätter, Formulare, Standardkorrespondenz)

Anforderungen:  

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vorsorgebereich
  • Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen/berufliche Vorsorge von Vorteil
  • Sichere Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift in der deutschen, englischen und französischen Sprache
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und planerische Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähige, belastbare und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
