The mission of the Domain Expert - Hardware is to support Toradex regional FAE Team (Field Application Engineers Team) around the world and Toradex customers who want to use our products and designing their own carrier boards and products. Support is executed in different approaches, from direct customer interactions over e-mails and calls, to development of documentation, application demos and speeches for conferences. Roles & Responsibilities 

Your daily motivation is ensuring customer success and satisfaction. You do this by building close relationships with customer engineering teams and Regional Customer Success Teams. You also play a pivotal role in conveying customer feedback and needs to our product management teams.
