Job Summary
We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our Direct-to-consumer (D2C) team and help us deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize our online sales and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on our different D2C initiatives, such as consumer behavior, product performance, sales trends, and conversion rates. You will also collaborate closely with our DTPS, DIA and dCom teams to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable solutions based on data.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze, clean, and transform data from various sources, such as web analytics, CRM, SAP, and third-party platforms
  • Collaborate with DTPS to ensure that all relevant data sources are integrated in data mesh 
  • Prepare recurrent reporting for senior stakeholders and business owners
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that track and communicate key D2C metrics and KBIs (unit economics, CLTV, RR, NPS etc.)
  • Perform exploratory analyses to uncover insights and trends that support data-driven decision making
  • Unveil consumer trends, purchasing behaviors and patterns, demographic specifics etc.  that drive tailored and targeted marketing activities 
  • Work closely with the D2C product owners and marketers to understand their business goals and provide data-driven recommendations and solutions
  • Communicate and present findings and recommendations to various audiences, both technical and non-technical
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel
  • Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of D2C business models and e-commerce best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
