SAP Organisational Change Manager (OCM) - English Speaking. Zurich, Switzerland. Hybrid (40% Remote - 2 days per week). Start: 18th March 2024. 9 Month Contract. END-CLIENTOur end-client based in Zurich, Switzerland, is looking for an SAP Organisational Change Manager (OCM) to assist them on a digital transformation journey moving from the SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The Organizational Change Manager will pro-actively drive and lead change and transformation projects during this journey.The program is currently in a crucial phase to get the organization ready for the upcoming changes (organizational readiness).Job DescriptionThe Organizational Change Manager is responsible for the overall planning and management of the execution of Change Management activities as part of the move from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. This role will report to the IT Program Manager.This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people and departments to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more. The change manager's goal is to drive faster adoption and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work.Main Tasks:Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Define and develop the New Ways of Working in line with the new end-to-end processes taking into account the impact on roles & responsibilities and Organisational Design (OD) Define and develop Organizational Readiness Strategy and Plan, in alignment with the overall SAP S/4HANA program strategy and objectives. Define and develop the Business Impact Analysis in conjunction with the Change Management Plan. Identify change structure roles and responsibilities and define the Change Structure and Governance Approach to build ownership and commitment and improve the effectiveness of the change structure. Supports Workstream Leaders and departmental leaders to integrate changenmanagement activities with their project plans. Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their business teams through their transitions. Execute internal and external stakeholder analysis and implement stakeholder specific engagement, communication and training initiatives. Develop Organizational Readiness criteria and tools to monitor and evaluate progress of the transition. Closely work together with the SAP Training Manager in identifying and monitoring training needs in the organization. Support the Training Manager to implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs.Position Key Accountabilities:Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan. Support communication efforts. Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications and align with Communication Lead. Assess the Business & Change impact. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Support training efforts. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs in conjunction with Training Manager. Identifying, base-lining, profiling, planning, tracking and reporting the benefits of the program Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan. Evaluate and ensure organization and user readiness. Manage stakeholders. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Manage the change portfolio. Support communication efforts Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications and align with Communication Lead. Assess the Business & Change impact Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Organizational Change Management/Transformation projects Preferred experience in SAP projects and ideally SAP S/4HANA transformations A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent active listening skills Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Forward looking with a holistic approach Problem solving and root-cause identification skills Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Good organization skills to handle multiple tasks with internal and external partners Conceptual thinking and pragmatic attitude Proven experience with Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul processes and/or manufacturing processes is considered an advantageLanguages:Must be fluent in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)Work Load:5 days per week Monday to Friday 8 hours per day 9 month contract 40% remote (2 days per week)Eligibility to work in Switzerland:Sponsorship for a Swiss work permit is NOT possible.  Therefore all candidates MUST be either:Swiss Citizens or Already living in Switzerland with a valid Swiss Work permit for the next 9 months or Be an EU CitizenRelated keywords: SAP Change Manager, SAP Change Management, SAP Change Plan, SAP Change Planning, SAP Change Strategy, SAP OCM, Transformational Change Manager, Organizational Change Manager, Organisational Change Manager.
