Altcoinomy SA is a Swiss financial intermediary and a crypto broker, established in the Canton of Geneva since October 2017. Our company has developed a specific expertise in KYC/AML and due diligence of crypto originated funds. We have been bridging the gap between the traditional financial world and the digital world, Altcoinomy has been helping countless individuals, companies, and institutions to cash-out their cryptocurrencies, do the required due diligence when issuing a new token through an ICO but also to simply acquire cryptocurrencies with the help of our OTC desk. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Paralegal Officer :Paralegal officer 100%

Mission:

- Act as the primary interface between front and the compliance department for the onboarding of new clients and/or prospects;

- Assist the Chief Compliance officer in collecting documentation and corroboration directly from the client;

- Assist in drafting KYC/AML files of early adopters for submission to banks (investigation, corroboration of the origin of funds for transactions);

- Assist in drafting KYT (Know Your Transaction) executive summaries;

- Maintain up to date client files to ensure accuracy and compliance;

- Review and assess contributor’s onboarding requests on Altcoinomy's KYC platform;

- Remotely identify contributors through video conference calls;

- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in daily tasks;

- Support the front office when needed.

Essential qualifications:

- Client oriented with impeccable communication skills;

- Quick learner with the ability to be flexible between departments and to adapt to new technologies;

- Excellent writing skills is mandatory;

- Keen interest in digital asset is mandatory;

- The ideal candidate should be flexible, with the capacity of working under pressure in full discretion with respect to the clientele;

- Proven experience as a Paralegal assistant is appreciated;

- Must be a resident of Switzerland;

- Swiss passport or a valid work permit;

- Bachelor's degree in law, business, economics, or a related field;

- Proficiency in English is mandatory. German is a plus;
