La loi sur le contrôle cantonal des finances (état au 1er août 2023) implique une diversification des missions et une autonomie encore plus grande du CCFI. Pour cette raison, ce dernier souhaite étoffer ses équipes et permettre à ses nouveaux-elles collaborateurs-trices de participer aux tâches suivantes :
Planification et exécution de missions d'audit interne et/ou externe au sein de l'administration cantonale ou dans le domaine paraétatique. En particulier, participation à l'audit annuel des comptes de l'Ãtat, selon les NA-CH ;Gestion et supervision d'équipes d'audit ;Rédaction et présentation de rapports d'audit aux parties prenantes ;Analyse de problématiques comptables, financières, de processus, souvent complexes dans des domaines et environnements variés ;Dispense de renseignements et conseils divers ;Contacts réguliers avec les entités auditées. Cette activité variée et peu ordinaire vous permettra d'avoir affaire à des interlocuteurs-trices diverses dans un environnement de travail jeune, dynamique et captivant.
Les postes proposés offrent en outre des possibilités d'évolution, de perfectionnement et de formations professionnels.

Formation professionnelle supérieure en finances et comptabilité, idéalement sanctionnée par un diplôme d'expert-e-comptable ou d'une certification d'auditeur-trice interne (CIA) ou d'auditeur-trice IT (CISA). Le CCFI encourage la formation continue et l'obtention de diplôme ou d'accréditation en emploi.
Expérience dans l'audit interne et/ou externe idéalement validée par un agrément d'expert-e-réviseur-euse de l'ASR. Nous demandons de l'intérêt pour le domaine public, le sens des responsabilités, de la rigueur, de la précision, de l'appétence pour le travail en équipe, une excellente maîtrise du français écrit et parlé et une maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
Une bonne connaissance des problématiques IT peut également être un atout.
