If you’re ready to develop your professional journey, Mölnlycke will support you every step of the way. As a Global Operation Analyst , there is opportunity to make a significant impact by: Assessing procurement savings projects and analyzing variances.

Maintaining accessible and comprehensible reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Creating dynamic, customized reports to track pricing trends and performance metrics. Acting as a primary user in the factory costing process, promoting consistency and innovation across the organization. Working with financial managers and controllers to establish and refine costing calculations and structures, fostering the development of standardized business rules.

What you’ll need Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing site is a must. A global organization highly preferred.

Proficiency in SAP, namely with finance and supply chain modules is a must. Experience in using Power BI will be a plus. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate insights. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and results driven. Fluent in English is required. Czech language knowledge will be an advantage.
