Business Developper Director - International Trust Company
Missions
Client Solutions & International Structuring Executive
- Define and implement the future vision and strategy for business development in Switzerland and neighbouring jurisdictions.
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention and sales campaign.
- Build and manage strong relationships with our new and existing clients
- Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targets
- Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage business development risks
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries and relationship managers across diferrent jurisdictions
- Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures
- Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business
- Manage and lead related projects as assigned.
Profil du candidat
- BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
- English and French spoken
- Proven experience as Client Solutions Executive over multiple jurisdictions (minimum of 7-10 years practical work experience);
- Good knowledge of the international tax and regulatory environment
- In-depth knowledge of the financial and Management industry's standards, legal & regulations
- Experience in tactical sale strategies to promote business growth
- Experience in leading a team, setting goals, monitoring progress and enforcing employee development programmes;
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new business opportunities
- Pro-active, rigorous and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills
- Project management skills, able to have to juggle a number of projects at one time.
