Vos tâches principales :

En qualité de répondant pour des projets d’envergure de bâtiment neuf, de transformation et de rénovation, vous gérez l’ensemble des activités en coordination avec votre chef de projet :

Etude de projet et concept architecturauxElaboration des détails à l’échelle appropriéeDemandes d’autorisationsElaboration, contrôle et suivi des budgetsDossiers d’appel d’offre, Préparation des soumissions, comparatif et adjudicationsPlanification et supervision des travaux jusqu’à la réception de l’ouvrage

Votre profil :

Au bénéfice d’une formation en architecture EPF, HES ou équivalent et justifiez d’au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine,Connaissance des procédures et de la législation genevoise dans le cadre des demandes d’autorisationsMaîtrise des outils informatiques Suite Office, Autocad et MS Project. Connaissance des progiciels Messerli et Revit, un avantageVous avez un fort esprit d’équipe et aimez travailler de manière collaborativeVous êtes également passionné(e) par la construction durable et vous vous engagez à contribuer à des projets respectueux de l'environnement.A la recherche d’un nouveau challenge qui allie responsabilités et autonomie, vous faites preuve d’initiative et avez un réel sens de la négociationPermis de conduire indispensableLa connaissance de l’anglais et/ou de l’allemand, un atout
