Our client is seeking a Senior IT Process Manager to lead Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) and HR processes, focusing on implementing end-to-end solutions aligned with our Intelligent Enterprise Transformation Journey.

Worldwide business process analysis and consultingFocus on Finance & Controlling and HR processesImplementation of S/4HANACustomizing, Implementation, and Rollout of global Finance processes & systemsDefine and implement new system functionalities (Change Requests)Sub Project Management on global Finance projectsApplication Support for FI/CO, HCM, and SuccessFactorsDocumentation and Training of processes and system functionalities

Tasks/Activities:

Teamwork with MU, BU, RO'sLead in system and process design & developmentProcess consulting for global processes with focus on Finance & HCMActive support for FI/CO & related systemsMonitoring global business processes/workflow and organizational structureInterdepartmental coordination and informationCreate development specifications with BUSupport for Global Services (Global Helpdesk)Communication to stakeholdersSupervise and coordinate external consultants

Responsibilities:

Key contact for Finance and HCM processesProject Leader/Sub-project leader for IT projects (SAP)Planning and implementation of complex processes in Finance & HCMApplication Support for global processesSupporting organizational changeDefining tools and standardsDeveloping concepts and solutionsPreparing implementation and integration scenariosDeveloping training concepts and execution

Requirements:

Basic Education in TechnologiesFurther Education in Project ManagementExpertise in Finance and HCM processesLanguage Skills: English, GermanSpecial Knowledge/Skills: SAP FI/CO & HCM/SuccessFactors Process Knowledge, SAP S/4HANA
