What you'll do

 

 

  • Supporting Car Fleet Manager in Switzerland with around ~600 cars in total
  • Supporting and shaping proactively Global Car Fleet’s strategies (e.g. being an innovative fleet, process standardization/automation and sustainability e.g. 2025 Global Car Fleet strategy etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing reports for different stakeholders, accounting reasons and management
  • Administration of car leasing contracts/purchased cars
  • Responsible for daily tasks related to car fleet management (supporting end to end process – from ordering a car to acquisition process)
  • Providing support to our colleagues who are driving a company car via different channels (ticket system, e-mail, phone)
  • Contact person to leasing providers and/or manufactures, insurance companies, car dealers as well as local stakeholders like HR, Procurement, Finance etc.


What you bring

 

  • Knowledge of leasing / purchasing cars is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German (written & verbal) are mandatory
  • Self-managed working style with high customer (employee) orientation
  • A team player with the ability to work well with other team members (including different locations/countries)
  • Proactive and able to identify and solve problems
  • Innovative thinking, challenge complexity and show agility to change
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint)

The Global Car Fleet Organization manages a fleet of around 30.000 company cars in more than 40 countries worldwide and belongs to the Global Procurement Organization. Since the company car is a benefit for many SAP employees in many countries, our top priority is to offer our employees the best possible service. At the same time, we need to ensure that we meet reporting requirements, work cost-effectively, standardize, and automate our global processes and transform our car fleet towards a more sustainable fleet in the future in order to support our SAP strategy to become net zero by 2030. 


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
