For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a QC Specialist.

Hintergrund:

Sensor & Cartridge Operations Rotkreuz besteht aus den Experten für die Herstellung und Prüfung von elektrochemischen Elektroden, Dickschicht-Sensorkartuschen und Kalibrier- und Reinigungsflüssigkeiten für die Geräte zur Blutgasanalyse und unterstützen die Point-of-Care-Kunden bei der Ãberwachung und Behandlung von Patienten in der Intensivpflege.

Als Quality Control (QC) Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt man den Prüf- und Freigabeprozess der Reagenzien und ist an der Verbesserung der zugehörigen Prozessvorgaben und Arbeitsanweisungen beteiligt. Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in hat eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Laborumfeld sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Labor unter Einhaltung der GxP Richtlinien. Zudem hat dieser Erfahrung in Qualitätskontrolle und ist ein Teamplayer.

    Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
    • Wareneingangs-, Zwischen-, End- sowie Stabilitätskontrolle von BG/E-Produkten sowie Ausgangsmaterialien, Zwischenprodukten und Endprodukten
    • Auswertung von Testergebnissen und Dokumentation von Analysenergebnissen
    • Sicherstellung und Dokumentation entsprechend der GxP Richtlinien
    • Erstellen von Berichten und allgemeinen Dokumenten
    • Kommunikation, Interaktion und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (z.B. BG/E Produktion, Quality Assurance, Einkauf, Facility Management)
    • Review von Analyseergebnissen und Testdokumentationen
    • Durchführung von SAP-Transaktionen
    • Mitarbeit bei der Labor-Organisation und Planung sowie Aufrechterhaltung der Laborroutine (z.B. Bestellung, Reinigung, Wartung)
    • Einführen von Teammitgliedern, Mitarbeit bei der Ausbildung von QC Teammitglieder oder anderer Mitarbeiter in SOPs und Testmethoden, für welche der Mitarbeiter qualifiziert ist
    • Bereitschaft zur Aushilfe in anderen Abteilungen mit ähnlichem SkillsetMust Haves:
      • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Laborumfeld 
      • 1-3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Laborumfeld vorausgesetzt; Erfahrungen in Qualitätskontrolle, physikalisch-chemischen Prüfungen oder medizinischer Labordiagnostik sind von Vorteil 
      • Ausgeprägte Affinität zum genauen und exakten Arbeiten, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein 
      • Erfahrung mit GxP (insbesondere guter Dokumentationspraxis) 
      • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch (konversationssicher) werden vorausgesetzt
      • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke auch über Team- und Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
        Nice to haves:
        • Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle mit Medical Diagnostics
        • SAP Kenntnisse
