The Position

Zukunft gemeinsam gestalten – bei Roche Diagnostics. An unserem Standort in Rotkreuz werden von über 2600 Mitarbeiter:innen neue Diagnostikgeräte für die Diagnose von Krankheiten erforscht, entwickelt und hergestellt. Unser Order Management versteht sich als Bindeglied von unternehmerischen Zielen und kaufmännischen Abläufen innerhalb der Supply Chain. Das Order Management Team stellt die reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung und Commercial Excellence in der täglichen Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kunden sicher und trägt so zum ganzheitlichen Ansatz bei (End-to-End Supply Chain). 

Als Order Management Specialist sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • Auftragsverarbeitung in SAP R/3, termingerechtes Auslösen und Monitoring der Lieferungen, Rechnungsstellung sowie Backorder-Management

  • Verarbeiten von schriftlichen Bestellungen DE/FR/IT/EN sowie Entgegennehmen telefonischer Bestellungen und allgemeine Kundenbetreuung DE/FR (IT/EN)

  • Monitoring von elektronischen Schnittstellen im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung (Idocs inbound/outbound)

  • Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen zu logistischen Themen inkl. Monitoring und Auswertungen, Prüfung Trends und Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen

  • Mitarbeit bei der Prozessoptimierung unter anderem in abteilungsübergreifenden/internationalen Arbeitsgruppen (Fokus Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung)

  • Mitarbeit Data Quality Management (Kundenstamm/Materialstamm)

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/ oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Betriebswissenschaft/ Logistik & Supply Chain) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung 

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung / Kundenbetreuung/ Vertriebsorganisation (Supply Chain & Logistik-Kenntnisse von Vorteil) 

  • Teamplayer und ausgeprägte interpersonelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

  • Eigeninitiative und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise in komplexen Organisation

  • Versierte Anwendung eines ERP-Systems (SAP Know How von Vorteil) und gute Kenntnisse MS Office (Google-Suite von Vorteil) + IT Tools

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift; Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
