Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing data that aligns with the company's business objectives.Offer strategic direction to the data management team, ensuring their activities support broader organizational goals.Exhibit a profound comprehension of principles and business logic within the realm of data management.Lead and supervise the team.Provide coaching, direction, and opportunities for professional growth to team members.Manage the recruitment, orientation, and performance assessment processes.Work with external entities to ensure smooth integration of data processes and systems.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering expert advice on reconciliation and data matters.Introduce continuous improvement efforts, employing technology and best practices to enhance data management procedures.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated track record in data management roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.Proven leadership experience in overseeing teams and projects related to data.Exceptional interpersonal abilities, a customer-centric approach, and a positive, patient demeanor.Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex information professionally.
