Als Regional Data Privacy Manager bilden Sie am Standort der Rheinmetall Air Defence AG in Zürich die lokale Schnittstelle zwischen der Data Privacy Organization auf Konzern- bzw. Divisionsstufe und den Unternehmen und Fachbereichen in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsgebiet. Sie zeichnen sich insbesondere für die Umsetzung der datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben sowie den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des Datenschutzmanagementsystems (DSMS) in den Ihnen zugewiesenen Gesellschaften hin (Schwerpunkt Schweiz und Italien).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

Beratung und Information der Unternehmen und Fachabteilungen in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich in allen Fragen des DatenschutzesImplementierung des Datenschutzmanagementsystems (DSMS) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Division Data Privacy OfficerUnterstützung bei der Sicherstellung betrieblicher Datenschutzstandards und bei der Umsetzung datenschutzrechtlicher AnforderungenRegelmässige Berichterstattung über die identifizierten Datenschutzrisiken und die Umsetzung von Datenschutzmassnahmen an den Division Data Privacy OfficerUnterstützung des Division Data Privacy OfficerDurchführung von Sensibilisierungsmassnahmen, Schulungen und WorkshopsDokumentation von DatenschutzvorfällenUnterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Wahrung der Rechte der Betroffenen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft/Recht oder Informatik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Compliance und/oder EU-Recht oder anerkannte Zertifizierung als Datenschutzberater gem. DSGMin. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich DatenschutzFundierte Kenntnisse des Datenschutzrechts der Schweiz (DSG), idealerweise ebensolche zur Datenschutzrechtspraxis in Italien (DSGVO und Decreto Legislativo 101/2018 bzw. 196/2003)Grundkenntnisse zu Themen wie Informationssicherheit/ISMS, DSMS und integrierten Management-Systemengutes Verständnis von betrieblichen Prozessen und Strukturen in Unternehmen und internationalen Konzernen; schnelle AuffassungsgabeSolide IT-Kenntnisse; Bereitschaft, Ihr Verständnis für IT-Themen auszubauenGute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Beratungskompetenz; sicheres Auftreten, gepaart mit einem hohen Mass an SozialkompetenzSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Italienischkenntnisse sind ein PlusHohes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise; praxisorientiert und vorausschauendHohe Eigenverantwortung, Initiative und LeistungsbereitschaftReisebereitschaft (Schweiz/Deutschland/Italien)
