DEIN IMPACT

Als Head of Sales bist du gemeinsam mit deinem künftigen Team die erste Ansprechperson für potenzielle Neukunden. Du begleitest sie durch den Verkaufsprozess und repräsentierst FELFEL bei Events und Live-Pitches nach außen. Mit deiner Leidenschaft für gutes Essen überzeugst du interessierte Entscheidungsträger von den Vorteilen unseres Services. Du förderst und motivierst das zehnköpfige Akquisitionsteam, das sich auf Zürich und Lausanne aufteilt, zu Höchstleistungen und sorgst dabei für Spaß in der Zusammenarbeit.

 

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Zielerreichung der Verkaufsziele aller FELFEL-Services, bestehend aus der Akquise von Neukunden und des Upselling von zusätzlichen Services an Bestandskunden.
  • Leadership: Du führst und motivierst das zehnköpfige Akquisitionsteam in Zürich und Lausanne.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über das Marktumfeld und optimierst kontinuierlich den Verkaufsprozess für alle FELFEL-Services.
  • Coaching: Du unterstützt das Team in jedem Schritt des Verkaufsprozesses und sicherst jederzeit eine hohe Qualität.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Head of Marketing zusammen, um gemeinsam die Lead-Generation-Strategie zu entwickeln und die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen.
  • Datengetriebene Führung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CRM-Manager gewährleistest du die Datenqualität in unserem CRM und nutzt KPIs, um die Leistung des Teams zu steigern und die Motivation der Teammitglieder zu fördern.
  • Dein Arbeitsort umfasst unsere Büros in Zürich und Lausanne sowie Kundentermine in der ganzen Schweiz.
  • In der Rolle als Head of Sales rapportierst Du direkt an die Co-CEO.

 

WER DU BIST

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im B2B-Bereich, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in leitender Position.
  • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und arbeitest zielorientiert.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer positiven Einstellung und hoher Flexibilität.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch verhandlungssicher.
  • Du bist motiviert, ein junges Team in einem dynamischen, wachsenden Unternehmen zu führen und dazu beizutragen, die Kundenbasis von 1.000 auf 2.000 zu wachsen.
  • Deine Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und leckeren Kaffee ist ansteckend.
  • FELFEL ist ein Nichtraucherunternehmen, das sich auf herzhaftes Essen während der Arbeit konzentriert.
  • EU/EFTA oder Schweizer Arbeitsbewilligung.
