Role Overview:

For our FAS Medic SA site in Palézieux, Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicatedProduction Plannerto join our team. This role is pivotal in leading the planning and ensuring the production of 100 people. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to uphold stringent On Time deliveries and inventories KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Approve shipping date for Customers ordersEstablish and maintain the production planning accordingly with customer requests and inventory objectiveLevel and balance the workload vs capacity on mid-term horizonContribute to maintain OTD at a high levelManage and follow-up VMI of Platinum CustomersFoster strong relationships with CS Representatives, Production Team-Leaders and Procurement RepresentativesBeing the back-up of the Planning Team-LeaderParticipate to the S&OP processContribute to Supply Chain improvement processes

Critical Competencies for Success

Supply Chain Education (APICS, ISLIâ¦)Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, multinational and demanding environmentAnalytical skills Strong problem-solving skills on the shopfloorProactive and customer orientedERP and Microsoft tools proficiencyEnglish spoken (B2)Eligibility to work in Switzerland is mandatory.
