As a Junior RPA Developer and AI Manager at Mammut, you will play a pivotal role in driving process automation and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance business operations.

  • RPA Opportunity Identification & Implementation: Verify RPA opportunities with the business, analyze workflows and implement simple RPAs
  • AI Exploration and Understanding: Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of AI and assess the implications & opportunities for Mammut
  • Use Case Identification: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify potential use cases for AI
  • AI Solution Implementation: Work closely with IT teams to implement smaller and less complex AI solutions
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and align RPA & AI initiatives with business goals
  • Process & Project Management: Understand existing business processes and workflows & apply project management principles to drive successful AI and RPA projects

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong interest in AI advancements, machine learning, and emerging technologies
  • First experience with / or strong interest in RPA tools
  • A Teamplayer with a strong analytical capability & data-driven as well as entrepreneurial mindset
  • Hand-on & self motivated personality with excellent management and planning skills
  • Fluent in English, German would be desirable
  • Very strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
