Manager Quality / Safety / Inspection

Für unsere Abteilung QMS / Safety / Inspection bei der Leister Technologies AG suchen wir eine kommunikative und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Flair fürs Detail.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams von 3 Mitarbeitenden
  • Pflege, Dokumentation und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des QM-Systems ISO 9001
  • Erhebung und Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen inklusive bereichsübergreifenden Massnahmenbildung zur Senkung der Qualitätskosten
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Auswahl, Ausbildung und Koordination von internen Auditoren sowie Unterstützung bei Lieferantenaudits
  • Verantwortlich für Mitarbeiterschulungen im Bereich Qualität, Managementsystem und Sicherheit
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei Qualitätsthemen

 

Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene höhere technische oder elektrotechnische Grundausbildung wie z.B. TS/FH
  • Weiterbildung und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie Arbeitssicherheit in einem produzierenden Unternehmen (Maschinenbau/Elektrotechnik)
  • Erfahrung mit ISO 9001 sowie Arbeitssicherheit nach EKAS
  • EDV-Kenntnisse MS-Office und ERP-Systeme sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
