We are looking for a Process Expertise & Validation Intern Pharma (6 months) to join our Internal Manufacturing team based on our Bulle site, Switzerland.

 

About the position

 

• Support the Process Validation & Expertise team from Business Acceleration department in UCB Farchim, Bulle, Switzerland,
• Assess compliance of existing cleaning validation reports: identify which reports no longer meet current requirements, draw up a gap assessment, propose a remediation plan and execute it,
• Conduct a risk analysis based on current requirements to redefine the frequency of periodic verification of validated cleaning methods. 

 

Your activities

 

• Cleaning Validation Gap Assessment: Identifying and addressing discrepancies in current cleaning validation practices against standards and regulations, including evaluating the scientific basis of validation strategies.
• Remediation Plan Execution: Updating documentation to include necessary scientific justifications and overseeing the review and approval processes, along with planning for long-term improvements like revalidation through Change Controls.
• Periodic Cleaning Verification: Analyzing risks to adjust the frequency of cleaning verifications, in collaboration with the Braine site, and updating relevant procedures and plans accordingly.
• Quality Assurance: Committing to cGMP requirements, timely training, and ensuring that documentation is authorized, up-to-date, and ready for inspection.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Engaging in proactive HSE policy adherence, incident reporting, and promoting HSE awareness and practices among peers.
• Sustainability and Ethical Practices Commitment: Pledging to integrate and embody the company's goals for diversity, health management, environmental sustainability, ethics, patient value, and leadership behavior.
