The Software Engineering Platforms department is dedicated to the customer's journey in Swissquote. We define, analyze and make alive the future ofclient facing solutions offered by Swissquote. We also maintain those applications to always ensure the best client experience in his journey.

By collaborating closely with product strategy department we also are the bridge between company’s growth strategy and the corresponding solutions put in place, being then the core actors giving concrete life to the vision defined.

By working hand in hand with the internal departments and the business that they represent we ensure toalways move towards clients and stakeholders needs.

Team Mission

TheInstitutional and Wealthsection designs, develops and maintains passive investment platforms on Web and mobile for retail clients (InvestEasy, 3a easy, Save Easy, and more to come) as well as the whole set of solutions for institutional clients (APIs, SQPro platform, bridges with FX external platforms…)

You will be part of Institutional and Wealth Conception team, working together with 3 other product owners, a product designer, an offshore business analyst and an offshore UX designer.
The mission of the team is to transform company strategy into feasible solutions and drive the product's evolution together with the software engineering teams. Your team is focusing on all aspects related to Institutional business and Wealth management across all business lines (Forex, securities, crypto).

Your responsibilities:

Communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders to deliver the best productDefine and document business requirements to capture business needs and constraints, and guide the development processDefine and maintain a product roadmap to provide a clear direction to the Development teams and stakeholdersPrioritize the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable work is addressed first and maximize ROIAnalyze and prioritize client feedback for driving continuous improvements and meeting user expectationsCollaborate withdesigners to optimize the user experience (e.g A/B testing, mobile & web)Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the product, support business and development teams by knowledge sharing and mentoringMaintain awareness of market and industry trends for better optimization of solution definitionProvide guidance on the vision to the Development Team and explain requirementsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for business feature referencesMonitor KPIs to perform feature prioritization and enhance data-driven decisionsEnsure incremental business validation to make sure developed features meet business requirements
Qualifications
Educational background: Master or Bachelor degreeYou have a deep understanding of securities trading, forex trading a plusYou have several years of experience as product owner, business analyst or a similar roleYou have several years of experience working with agile software development teams, and a good understanding of product development in a disciplined agile environmentYou have experience working closely with product designers to build end client solutions on web platforms, mobile a plusYou have a thorough understanding of the product quality aspect, with prior experience of planning and coordinating business validation activitiesYou are an excellent communicator and storyteller with different stakeholders, able to face stakeholders as well institutional clientsYou have experience in sharing your business knowledge and mentoring other team membersFluent in English
