Wir sind eine Full-Service-Agentur für medizinische Kommunikation und ein Verlagshaus in Zürich und London, das sich auf die Gesundheitsbranche spezialisiert hat. Zu unseren Kunden zählen Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Pharma, Biotech-Firmen, Diagnostik, Medizintechnik. Spitaler, Universitäten und Non-Profit-Organisationen. Aus diesem Grund besteht unser Team aus rund 30 Pharma-Spezialisten, Kommunikations-Spezialisten, Medical Writern, IT-Spezialisten sowie PR-, Werbe- und Kongress-Mitarbeitenden zusammen. Diese Kombination ermöglicht es uns, massgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln. Für unseren Hauptsitz in Zürich/Greencity suchen wir eine/n kompetente/n, motivierte/n und erfahrene/n Arbeitskollegen/in.

Ihre Kernaufgaben

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität und Geschick in der Gewinnung von Neukunden und Projektbetreuung werden von Ihnen als Project Manager vorausgesetzt
  • Koordination, Abstimmung und Umsetzung der Projekte mit all ihren Aufgaben, Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses und der Kommunikation mit den Kunden, im Team sowie auch mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und eine sehr gute Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten intern und extern bis zum Kunden
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung mit und treiben die Prozessoptimierung im Kundengeschäft voran, zudem besitzen Sie das Wissen über die Produkte der Pharma- und Biotech-Branche
Stellenanforderungen

Ihr Profil

  • Studienabschluss im Bereich Naturwissenschaften
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Planung bis Umsetzung
  • Verkaufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Produktmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der Branche "Pharma"
  • Freude an der Bearbeitung komplexer Aufgabenstellungen und an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einer hohen Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Versierte Anwendung des Office-Pakets
  • hohe IT-Affinität und ausgeprägte Flexibilität
  • Stilsichere Kenntnisse der Deutschen Sprache, exzellente Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
