Au sein du service Soutien Métier du département P&C, nous cherchons un/e Généraliste en assurances itinérant, entre 80 et 100%, dont la mission principale est de répondre aux différents mandats de soutien des agences et services alémaniques dans les secteurs gestion contrats et prestations.

Lieu de travail : Activité dans l'ensemble du réseau alémanique de la Vaudoise Assurances (appartenance administrative Siège à Lausanne).

Les missions qui vous attendent :

Soutenir les équipes de travail rencontrant des difficultés passagères d'effectif ou de surcharge (tant en agence qu'au siège social)Collaborer à la réalisation des activitésParticiper à l'optimisation des processus de gestion

Par la suite, grâce à vos expériences variées et diversifiées, vous partagerez votre savoir lors de formations ponctuelles au poste de travail.

Votre profil :

CFC d'employé de commerce en assurances ou titre jugé équivalent (diplôme de l'école de commerce ou maturité fédérale type E)Expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans le traitement des dossiers d'assurances (gestion de portefeuille « client » à l'interne (production) et/ou gestion des dossiers de sinistres dans les domaines patrimoine et/ou personne non-vie)De langue maternelle allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de français (bilinguisme un atout)Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)Attrait pour le changement et la mobilitéAisance dans les contacts et ouverture d'esprit.
