Your roleIn this role you will report to the delivery manager of the area. In the workplace department you will leverage the technologies and modern implementation to provide bespoke end user environments whilst industrializing the full operations of the service.
You will be bringing a direct impact on hundreds of users and their daily activities. You will be understanding the inner working of our clients, specificities and apply Elca Cloud Services’s best practices and process to provide a stable, ever evolving, dynamic and secure workplace.
In the team you will be in charge of:
- Responsible for implementing Microsoft 365 solutions within an organization's IT infrastructure.
- Provide expertise on Microsoft 365 tools and features to optimize workplace productivity.
- Foster efficient teamwork by configuring and supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
- Implement security measures to safeguard company data, utilizing features like Azure Information Protection and Conditional Access.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Plan and execute smooth migrations from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Enforce company policies through Microsoft 365 configurations, ensuring compliance and data governance.
- Develop scripts and workflows using PowerShell or Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions

You are passionate about technology; you learn constantly, and you love to master challenges in a changing environment.
You see yourself as an engineer that can lead critical implementation and production system activities, that can communicate and transfer your knowledge amongst engineer but also to end user to help them improve their day-to-day work. You can create a clear view to troubleshoot issues that can arise from many aspects of the service.
You like teamwork and constant interaction with customers.

- Windows server,
- Linux,
- Windows 10,
- Azure virtual desktop,
- M365 Admin-Teams-Sharepoint-OneDrive-Exchange,
- M365 Office,
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune),
- VMware Horizon VDI,
- App Volume & App streaming,
- AzureAD,
- Network and VPN, Firewall, Defender for Endpoint.
For Lausanne and Geneva you have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
