Expert Automation Engineer

Réaliser des fonctions machines incluant les étapes suivantes : description du besoin, dimensionnement, choix des composants, intégration de la sécurité de la fonction, réalisation du schéma fonctionnel électrique et de l'automatisme, pour finalement valider le tout sur la machine. Les délais et le coût, définis par le project manager, seront aussi suivis et respectés.
Buts et responsabilités
En collaboration avec le mécanicien, établir un descriptif de la fonction à réaliser.A l'aide des différentes données de charge à disposition, dimensionner les actionneurs pour réaliser la fonction. Utiliser les outils de dimensionnement mis à disposition ou les outils utilisés par les autres ingénieurs.Privilégier des composants déjà utilisés au sein de l'entrepriseChoisir les composants en collaboration avec les services de standardisation et des achats, afin de garantir la pérennité, la disponibilité « worldwide » et les respects des différents standards (CE, UL, CCC…). Garantir la fiabilité du composant choisi par des tests anticipés au besoin.Garantir une solution performante, fiable et aux meilleurs coûts.Réaliser le schéma de principe de sécurité en respectant les règles de réalisations établies dans le bureauA l'aide des outils software à disposition et selon le standard établi au sein du bureau, réaliser le soft de sécurité.Réaliser les schémas électriques fonctionnels de la fonction avec les informations nécessaires à la saisie de celui-ci par le constructeur électrique du projet (N° de pièces, des composants, RID…).Réaliser la fonction selon le descriptif fonctionnel établi à l'aide des outils de développement à disposition.Réutiliser ou modifier les unités de librairie à disposition en garantissant la réutilisation du code par les autres utilisateurs de cette librairie.Réaliser les écrans de conduites machines associés à la fonctionValidation de fonctionsParticiper activement à la mise en service de la fonction sur la machine sur les différents sites de production ou chez les clients.En collaboration avec les ingénieurs Validation et les monteurs instructeurs, apporter les modifications nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la machine tout en gardant une cohérence de fonctionnement entre les différentes machines du produit.

Formation de base : Ingénieur HESConnaissances en programmation Delphi, orienté objetMaîtrise des outils informatiques : GIT / DELPHI / TWINCATFrançais et Anglais courant
